2.2. Opened or used consumables, including wine, sauces, or preserves.

2.4. Personalized or customized items.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at wyn@doornkraal.co.za within 48 hours of delivery. We will require:
3.1. A description of the issue.
3.2. Photos of the damaged or defective product and its packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs, if applicable.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

4.2. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
4.3. Ship the item back to us at the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
5. Refunds

5.1. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
